Only works if your board has exactly one Demon type. Copies of the same Demon are fine. Each different enemy Demon Hunter counts as another Demon type, so one enemy Demon Hunter switches your Demons off. If you have 2 or more Demon Hunters yourself, your Demons always stay on.

Your Demons' attacks deal pure damage. Fel Power: +15% attack damage per stack, up to 7 stacks. A stack is each copy of that Demon on your board, counting itself. With 2+ Demon Hunters, stacks count all your Demons plus each enemy Demon Hunter.
Note: The tooltip doesn't explain stacks: each copy of the same Demon on your board is one stack. Stacks refresh every 2 seconds, so the first moments of a battle get no bonus.
